around 2:47am today, I got my car keys & I drove for about an hour, waste gas, and think about all my problems. At a point I reach downtown, I went to a park where you can overlook at the city. It was cold but I had so much on my mind I was numb to the wind. I sat down on a bench, rested my face on my knees and cried and cried. I’ve contemplated killing my self many times and I know it isn’t the answer. So I go and cry & sometimes I need that. I texted one of my old friends (who lives near). She came to my rescue. Sometimes you shut people out who you know you will hurt, so it is easier to push them away. It’s something I’m good at, but I wish I didn’t. Because i wouldn’t be a mess like I am today.
